BC Interiors is a Boulder, CO based full-service workplace solutions, design, and furniture dealership, specializing in commercial and educational environments. This is a part-time position with an opportunity for advancement into full-time roles for the right person. Hourly wage of $18 – 22 per hour (based on level of experience) with paid sick leave and IRA match. $500 signing bonus (paid after 3 months of consecutive employment).

- Deliver and install commercial furniture at customer facilities
- Utilize install drawings and floor plans to navigate customer facilities, stage product, and install furniture
- Fill out project checklists, review work performed with customer, and receive customer sign-offs
- Complete service calls and warranty/punch trips
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers on-site
- Providing daily status updates to customers and internal teams on installation progress
- Clean-up, remove, and recycle dunnage at customer facilities and at our warehouse
- Maintain box trucks, vans, and other company vehicles
- Maintain area around building to provide safe entrances and exits to showroom and warehouse
- Excellent communications skills, proficient in English, and professional demeanor
- An obsessive level of attention to detail and customer service
- You will need to have a valid drivers license, a clean driving record and background check
- Covid-19 vaccination required due to customer site requirements
Competencies & Abilities
- Follow product assembly instructions
- Understanding and staging spaces based on a floor plan
- Must be a quick learner, self – motivated, and proactive
- Use of an electric drill and other tools required for furniture installation (Power tools and all equipment will be provided by BC Interiors)
- Ability to lift over 50lbs
