Human Nutrition
This concurrent credit course introduces the principles of digestion, metabolism, and energy balance, combining science with hands-on experience. Through interactive activities, food tastings, and cooking sessions, students dive deep into the role of macro and micro nutrients and their impact on the body's functions. Special emphasis is placed on the application of diet and metabolic health outcomes.
