Josh Bacca is a former CETC student who took Culinary Arts which is now called ProStart. During his time in culinary he competed in the “Star Event” at the Colorado State Competition for FCCLA. His team of two created a three-course meal in one hour and took second place overall in the state.
After graduating from Niwot High School in 2011, Josh continued his culinary schooling with the American Culinary Federation where he did a two-year apprenticeship program where he worked with a sponsor house. He completed his paid training and took the Certified Sous Chef exam and passed.
Josh went on to work at a Country Club in North Carolina. Currently he is working full time at the Denver Athletic Club as the Executive Sous Chef.
